“Mochi Master Course” - The Road to Mochi Craftsmanship
Welcome to the way of mochi.
This is the world of Mochi-making. The ultimate hands-on course to evolve into a “Mochi Craftsman”.
In this course, you will begin by kneading glutinous rice, and then using a large wooden mallet and mortar, you will try your best to pound the rice into rice cakes! After the rice cake is pounded, you can cut it into pieces yourself and compare the four different flavors (kinako, green tea, kuromitsu, and grated daikon).
Moreover, you can enjoy the rice cakes with green powdered tea at a reserved table on the second floor.
